Having worked in private practice in West Wales, Myria has many years of experience dealing with agricultural, commercial and residential matters.
Myria advises on agricultural, rural and commercial property matters including, but not limited to, the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land, finance and refinancing of agricultural and commercial properties, land registration, easements, and farm business tenancies and other commercial leases.

My matter highlights
- Acting in the sale and purchase of a multi million-pound farm in Herefordshire – this transaction was complex and involved several titles and required strong drafting skills and negotiation skills in relation to the Transfer deed and also being able to provide pragmatic advice to clients whilst maintaining a good relationship with the bank’s Relationship Manager.
- Acting in the purchase of a farm in Breconshire for £1,125,000.
- Acting in the purchase of a £1,000,000 farm in Ceredigion, West Wales.
- Acting in the purchase of a farm in Carmarthenshire in excess of £1,000,000 which included several titles and the surrender of an existing tenancy.
- Acting in the sale of a farm in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, for £1,140,000.
- Preparation of a Farm Business Tenancy, which involved several titles and required strong drafting skills in terms of clients’ requirements.
- Acting for charity clients in both sale and purchase of assets.
- Security work for an institutional lender, requiring a good rapport with the Relationship Manager and providing regular updates and advice in relation to matters that are being dealt with.
