Lara is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Family department. She specialises in all aspects of the divorce process, including financial issues and private law child matters.
Her financial cases often include complex issues such as assets located overseas, the treatment of non-matrimonial property and the valuation of business assets.
She frequently works with clients to resolve arrangements for their children, including where one parent may wish to relocate and financial provision for children whose parents are not married.
Lara also deals with pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. As a member of Resolution, Lara strives to establish a constructive and non-confrontational approach when dealing with family disputes.
