Paul is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Cardiff office. He has over 30 years of experience specialising in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant, commercial and residential development, and commercial property finance.
Paul acts for a wide range of leading Welsh development and investment companies.
Upon qualification in 1991, Paul trained with Simon North and Nam. He later left to form Simon and Simon in 1992, before joining Thomas Graham in 2003 and formed Thomas Simon in 2007 with Rupert Thomas. He joined the firm following its merger with Thomas Simon in 2018.

It was announced this week that the tax-free threshold for Land Transaction Tax (“LTT”) will increase from £180,000 to £250,000 for house purchases in Wales from 27 July 2020 until 31 March 2021.
