Lola is an Associate in the Real Estate department and advises clients on a broad range of high value commercial and residential transactions.
Lola acts for landlords and tenants, international and domestic investors, high net worth individuals, estates, charities, and businesses. Lola often works with the Corporate team on the finance elements to large scale transactions.
Lola began her career working in Mishcon de Reya’s real estate department before obtaining experience in Withers’ employment team. Lola completed her training contract with Ince in 2020 having undertaken seats in Real Estate Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate (Transactional) and a split seat in Corporate/Employment.
Lola is a fluent French speaker and completed one year of her legal studies in Lyon, France.

Lola is an identical twin, a developing Bridge player, an obsessive Escape Room participant and keen interval runner.

Over the last twelve months, the United Kingdom (UK) like the rest of the world, has seen the COVID -19 pandemic impact hugely on our ability to travel freely, to relocate for business, work, investment and education. We now see some light at the end of the tunnel with the UK’s mass immunisation programme which has seen infection (and thankfully) mortality levels fall dramatically. This is finally giving people hope for the future, resulting in renewed interest in the UK as a safe place to live, to invest in, and as somewhere to educate their children.
