Ince deepens Private Wealth offering with appointment of Naomi Woods as Partner
International legal and professional services firm Ince has announced the appointment of Naomi Woods as Partner in its growing Private Wealth practice. Based in Southwest England, Naomi is a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients with expertise in advising high net worth clients and business owners, particularly in the agricultural sector.
The majority of Naomi’s client base are from the farming community and are testament to her depth of experience in agricultural matters and succession planning for individuals, families, and businesses. Besides extensive knowledge and expertise in rural affairs, Naomi brings significant experience in family wealth protection and tax planning which complements the firm’s evolving Private Wealth offering. Naomi is an expert in succession planning and asset protection and regularly helps her clients to mitigate inheritance tax and capital gains tax on lifetime gifts, plan for the future with robust, professionally advised wills and create and administer trusts, powers of attorney and advise Executors on estates after death.
