Today, we have announced the appointment of James Channo as a Partner in our Corporate team in London. The appointment further strengthens our expertise in corporate law, and in advising on corporate matters.

James has a broad experience of representing clients in a range of sectors, including FinTech, mining, oil and gas, financial services, pharma and technology where he advises them on their operations in jurisdictions spanning the MENA region, United States, Spain, Latin America and Australia. As a fluent Spanish speaker, he provides additional value to clients operating in Spain and Latin America.

James advises clients on all corporate matters, including AIM and Main Market listings, reverse takeovers, cross-border M&A and JVs. He acts for public companies, sponsors, nomads, brokers and other financial intermediaries, and advises private companies on their transactional requirements. He is consistently recognised as a leading lawyer for Corporate and M&A in Chambers UK and in The Legal 500 UK.
