David is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Gibraltar. He specialises in e-commerce, payments, electronic money, e-gaming, privacy, employment and technology law. His clients benefit from his local market knowledge and his commercial experience that he gained within industry.
Prior to joining the firm, David worked in-house for an electronic money institution. He regularly advises clients on a broad range of matters, including commercial agreements, data protection, e-commerce issues, employment law and intellectual property rights.
Before becoming a lawyer, David qualified as a UK pharmacist and worked in the UK healthcare sector for 8 years.
