Francesca advises clients operating across a broad range of industry sectors in relation to cross-border M&A, JVs, share disposals/allotments, corporate governance, private equity investments, company secretarial matters and general commercial issues. Francesca also has employment and data protection experience.

Francesca used to row for Great Britain with her highest sporting achievements being a silver medal at the Under 23 World Rowing Championships and a win at Henley Women’s Regatta. In her spare time she assesses coaches on the British Rowing coaching award. Francesca co-founded the firm’s CSR Committee and sits on the firm’s D&I Steering Committee and Social Mobility Panel.
