With over 20 years’ experience, specialising in Personal Injury and acting exclusively on behalf of Claimants, Faqir is a Senior Associate in the firm’s London office. Faqir is England and Wales qualified and advises clients in virtually all areas of Personal Injury but especially claims arising from road traffic accidents (particularly those involving cyclists), accidents at work (including industrial disease), slips and trips as well as those concerning product liability.
Faqir has a particular interest in pursuing claims on behalf of cyclists, having previously acted for members of British Cycling and British Triathlon Federation. Due to his engineering background Nawaz also has an especial interest in assisting clients who have been injured at work or in an industrial setting.
In addition to dealing with cases involving minor injuries, Faqir has extensive experience of dealing with accidents involving serious injuries, some of which have been of a life changing nature and in certain cases, fatal. Regardless of the severity of the injury, Faqir prides himself on delivering a caring and quality service to all his clients.
On the back of his extensive experience in Personal Injury Law, Faqir was able to qualify as an Accredited Personal Injury Specialist in 2009.

Faqir is a keen runner in his spare time and takes part in the park run every Saturday. He has completed the London Marathon in a time of sub-four hours, which he considers to be quite respectable for a quinquagenarian.
