Simon is a widely experienced commercial property specialist and advises a wide range of large domestic companies on the acquisition, disposal, letting and funding of commercial property.
Simon’s caseload also includes substantial work in the areas of industrial land acquisition, development and disposal, portfolio management and the relocation of ‘going concern’ business. He also works for a number of major banks and other financial and investment institutions and clients in their funding of commercial property development and investment for both UK and off-shore companies.
Simon’s substantial experience in the areas of waste disposal and waste-to-energy business is highly recognised, as he has acted for many years, for Viridor Waste Management Limited; one of the UK’s leading market specialists in this area.
Simon qualified in 1986 and trained with Edwards Geldard, where he remained upon qualification. He was later an Associate with Edwards Geldard for twelve years, before leaving in 2000 to join Dolmans. Simon joined Thomas Simon in 2007 and worked there until the firm merged with Gordon Dadds in 2018.
