Sally is Head of the Residential Real Estate team in Cardiff and specialises in advising clients on all aspects of residential property law.
Sally’s expertise encompasses sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, with a focus on quality. She also has experience in dealing with deeds of easement, lease extensions and creation of new residential leases. Furthermore, she also deals with high-value transactions and more technically demanding work.
Sally joined the firm in 2016 from a well-known Welsh legal practice, where she built a successful department and was the firm’s Conveyancing Quality Supervisor.
She graduated from Manchester University in 1988 with a BSc Honours Degree in Mathematics. She qualified as a legal executive in 1995 and a solicitor in 2004 when she was awarded the Law Society Prize for Outstanding Performance, having received the highest examination marks of the year on the Legal Practice Open Learning Course at De Montfort University, Leicester.
What you may not know about Sally
Sally is a keen musician and plays Violin, Viola and Cello in numerous orchestras and can also play the Piano. Other hobbies include playing Golf, a variety of needlecrafts and walking her dogs.
