Rebecca is a highly experienced employment law specialist, advising on all areas of employment related issues. She joined Ince in 2016 following over 20 years at a leading regional law firm where she was Head of Employment and led the Travel Sector Team. She provides advice and support with an emphasis on a “can do” approach, whilst minimising financial, reputational and disruption risk.

Whilst Rebecca has a varied client base, she has worked extensively in the travel and aviation sectors with European airlines, global tour operators and suppliers to the sectors. Clients include membership organisations, ship management companies, travel technology companies and football clubs. Rebecca also provides support to senior executives on an individual basis, particularly in the sports, retail, media and travel and aviation industries.

Her work covers all areas of employment law, including providing support on contract and policy frameworks, tribunal representation, employee relations issues, as well as advising on company restructuring, TUPE and exit arrangements. Rebecca develops and delivers in house training to organisations on employment law topics and performance and behaviour in the workplace.

Rebecca also provides data protection advisory support to clients and is a “first responder” for cyber breach issues.
