Rebecca is a corporate law specialist with considerable experience of advising on mergers and acquisitions, as well as IPOs and secondary offerings on AIM and the main market of the London Stock Exchange. She also provides advice in relation to shareholder disputes.

Rebecca has over 30 years’ experience of providing specialist advice to clients across the broad spectrum of corporate transactions. Prior to joining Ince in 2014, she worked for a number of other leading international law firms.

Rebecca has three teenage children, 3 cats and a dog (as well as a husband) to contend with when not at work.  It is therefore no wonder she spends so many hours in the office and only rarely works from home…
