Max was made a Partner in February 2017 after having worked his way through the ranks since joining Gordon Dadds as a trainee in 2008.

Max is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department and has a broad experience in a diverse range of litigation matters acting for both private clients and companies.

Max is also the Managing Director of the Gordon Dadds Private Office which works alongside the law firm to provide private clients with a host of services to help manage their personal affairs and lifestyle.

Max has an interest in all aspects of commercial litigation, debt collection, insolvency as well as professional negligence claims (acting for both Claimants and Defendants). Max has also developed a particular expertise in all types of private wealth litigation including will and contested trust and probate disputes as well as claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
