Quote

"A GOOD DEAL REQUIRES TWO FUNDAMENTAL INGREDIENTS, A SOLID LEGAL FOUNDATION AND COMMERCIAL PRAGMATISM AND IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE LAWYER IS WELL-VERSED IN BOTH, IN ORDER FOR TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS TO BE A VALUE-ADD TO YOUR BUSINESS RATHER THAN A PRACTICAL HINDRANCE."
