Bruce is a corporate finance consultant with Ince Gordon Dadds based in our London office

After taking an honours degree in Law at Cambridge University, where he was an open scholar at Jesus College, Bruce qualified as a solicitor, specialising in corporate law and tax. Since then he has had a varied career, serving as a corporate finance director of several banks, including Charterhouse and Investec, helping to found The Independent newspaper and London Radio Services (now LBC) and acting for the BBC, BSkyB and Reuters, amongst others.  He was also an arbitrator for The Securities and Futures Authority.

Bruce joined Gordon Dadds in 2013, bringing his corporate finance expertise to the law firm.

  • Bruce has wide experience of take-overs and mergers, of IPOs, of disposals and acquisitions, and of equity and debt capital raising for both listed and unlisted companies.
