Benjamin is a solicitor and advises and assists clients on a variety of litigation matters and has experience in the High Court with corporate and commercial disputes, including intellectual property. Recently he has been assisting on a high-profile media related case, involving defamation, libel and privacy.

Benjamin graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in Law with American Law, and obtained the Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School in London. In addition to attending law schools in England, he has read law at universities in the United States and Spain. Benjamin has also worked for Congress in Washington, DC and has experience of working in many common law jurisdictions, including England and Wales, the Turks and Caicos Islands and Canada.

Highlight Matters

  • Assisting with an instruction from the Daily and Sunday Telegraph in which we successfully defended the high profile proceedings brought by Sir Philip Green to prevent publication of allegations of sexual and racial harassment.
  • Assisting with an instruction from a higher education institution in bringing a successful Supreme Court action centering around the scope of the VAT exemptions applicable to higher education colleges in the UK.
