Anna primarily specialises in energy, as well as offshore construction and shipping disputes. She has been involved in a number of significant high-value disputes for leading international oil and gas contractors and oilfield services companies, both in Court and arbitral proceedings. Disputes that Anna has dealt with have involved jurisdictions in West Africa, the USA, South America, the Middle East and South East Asia.

Anna focuses on issues surrounding delay and disruption during construction projects, variations to work scope and contract price, specialist shipbuilding disputes and insurance issues relating to hurricane losses in the Gulf of Mexico.

Her expertise extends to advising shipowners and charterers on a wide range of issues arising out of charterparties for the provision of offshore services. She was also seconded to the offshore team of an International Group P&I Club, where she dealt with both shipping and offshore matters. She advises P&I Clubs generally, and has had specific arbitration experience relating to specialist operations cover.

Anna has primarily acted in arbitration, both ad-hoc and under the ICC, LMAA, UNCITRAL and LCIA rules, but also has High Court experience, including specialist Courts such as the Technology & Construction and Admiralty Court.
