Siobhan specialises in the sale, purchase and new build of yachts, superyachts and commercial vessels.

Siobhan acts for a number of private clients on a range of high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional superyacht transactions. Her advice covers sale and purchase, new build contracts, finance and registration matters. In addition, she also acts for yachtbrokers, banks, trade associations, designers and shipyards.

Her experience extends to advising clients on offshore commercial shipping vessel transactions and international new build projects.

What you may not know about Siobhan

Siobhan is a keen sailor and has sailed in Croatia, Greece, U.K and France. She is also a keen athlete and has taken part in the London Marathon, a triathlon and is training for Ride London next year.

My matter highlights

  • Advised on the purchase of a 115m ‘mega’ yacht purchased by an ultra-high net worth international client.

  • Involved in and advised an ultra-high net worth client on a 110m new build contract from a German yard. 

  • Advised a UK bank on the cross collateralisation of a €35m loan secured against a U.K property and an internationally flagged superyacht. 

  • Advised on a back to back sale of a superyacht for a client based in the Middle East. 

  • Advised a client in the sale of a 62m superyacht. The entire deal was completed in 5 days
