Rosita has over 20 years of experience in transportation law (covering the sea, the land and the air), specialising in all aspects of dry shipping, aviation, insurance, international trade and personal injury law. She has won many awards and has been repeatedly voted by clients and commentaries as a leading lawyer.
She studied Law in England and holds a Master of Law Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science of the University of London with a Mark of Merits. She is admitted to practice in four jurisdictions, namely, England and Wales, Australia ACT, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Rosita handles all types of charterparties and cargo carriage disputes. She acts for shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs, ports and terminal operators, freight forwarders, cargo interest and logistics operators.

News / Ince Asia Team successfully held the third mock arbitration in China on 11 July in Guangzhou, with a full-house.
The mock arbitration simulated an actual hearing of a Hong Kong international arbitration involving an international trade dispute that has shipping, trade, insurance and contract aspects, in line with one of the important roles that Hong Kong is playing under China’s Greater Bay Area initiative, that is, the role of being the legal services centre and dispute resolution centre of the world.

Rosita Lau, Ince Co partner based in Hong Kong, and her team have recently achieved significant victory in successfully defending criminal charges against China Resources Logistics Co, Ltd, a major integrated logistics service provider in Hong Kong and a member of the conglomerate China Resources Group The prosecution arose out of a widely-reported incident in 2015 in which a front loader engaged to carry out container stacking operation collapsed at China Resources' containers terminal in Hong Kong, resulting in the total loss of the front loader and substantial loss and damage to cargoes contained in a number of containers at the terminal which all fell into the sea, as well as personal injuries to the operator
