Mehmet specialises in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on the insurance sector.

Mehmet’s experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border restructurings, commercial and joint venture agreements, intellectual property and data protection matters, as well as a wide range of commercial contracts, including collaboration agreements, terms & conditions (for the sale of goods/supply of services), IT contracts and distribution agreements. 

He also completed a client secondment in the legal department of a leading Lloyd’s managing agent, where he assisted with general corporate, regulatory and commercial insurance work.

Mehmet read Law at King’s College London and also holds an LLM in International Business Law.
