Ian is a Claims Executive specialising in commercial disputes for shipowners, ship managers, charterers, P&I clubs, and cargo insurers. He also has experience in non-contentious work for clients operating across a range of industries.

Iain gained an LLB degree and completed the Bar Professional Training Course in England before moving to Germany. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for two years at another leading international law firm and taught at a Hamburg University.
