David is Head of the Employment Team in Bristol. He has over 12 years’ experience advising on all aspects of employment law. He acts for a wide range of employers as well as senior executives and employees.
David’s work includes advising on investigations and dismissals, redundancy and restructuring exercises, TUPE, restrictive covenants and contractual disputes.
David also has a wealth of experience of complex and high value employment litigation, including discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
David regularly supports colleagues in other teams: advising on the employment elements of corporate and property acquisitions, complex outsourcing and insolvency scenarios.
