Sophie is a senior member of the Personal Injury team at Ince, and has over 20 years’ experience working in injury claims. Sophie is based in the Bristol office, but deals with clients from all over England and Wales.
Sophie deals with a broad range of injuries and accident circumstances, including those caused by road traffic collisions to accidents at work.
However, she specialises in Public Liability claims (those arising from accidents which are not at work and not from road traffic collisions), including but not limited to, slipping in a shop or restaurant or tripping on an uneven pavement, injury from faulty products (Product Liability) and injuries caused by animals.
Within the team Sophie often deals with clients who have suffered more serious, and sometimes life changing injuries.
Quote
“I take a detailed and tenacious approach to acting for claimants in injury claims. I am often successful in persuading defendants to change their view and admit liability where it was previously denied.
My clients are individuals. You need to make informed decisions on how best to proceed with your claim. That’s why I am happy to take time to make sure you fully understand the claims process.”
