Holly has over four years’ experience specialised in commercial litigation with specific experience in both contentious and non-contentious corporate recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, Holly is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Bristol office. Holly is England and Wales qualified and advises individuals in commercial and insolvency sectors as well as general matters surrounding property litigation and contentious probate.
Holly advises a range of clients including, but not limited to, insolvency practitioners, lenders, creditors, business and individuals. In addition to providing insolvency advice, Holly also advises clients on a broad spectrum of contentious matters such as contractual, private client, shareholder and directors disputes, as well as property litigation.

What you may not know about Holly
Holly is a keen walker and enjoys walking her spaniel, George, in her spare time. Holly’s most recent achievement outside of work in taking part in the 30 mile walk known as the Mendip Challenge. As well as having a keen interest in yoga, Holly can often be found cooking for friends and family.

- Briefing and defending claims in respect of voidable transactions in personal and corporate insolvency;
- Enforcing security documents and general debt recovery via both insolvency or court routes including obtaining default judgement and charging orders;
- Assisting with applications to set aside default judgements;
- Obtaining warrants for possession;
- Bringing and defending retention of title claims and assisting on preparing proofs of debt;
- Bringing and defending contentious probate claims;
- Assisting on facilitating settlement;
- Property litigation matters;
- Advising and brining claims in respect of breaches of restrictive covenants; and
- Advising and assisting with partnership, shareholder and director disputes.
