Having qualified as Solicitor and practised in Private Client matters since 2015, Elizabeth has a wealth of experience to assist and guide clients when making important decisions about their own and their families’ future, ensuring that her clients’ best interests are protected.
Elizabeth advises on a broad range of matters including probate – guiding clients through the process and supporting with the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates; the preparation of Wills; the drafting and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney; and Court of Protection matters - whether that be advising on making an application to the Court of Protection or queries relating to ongoing management of Deputyships.
