Metcalfes’ Personal Injury Team Recognised in Chambers & Partners UK 2019 Edition

Metcalfe’s personal injury team have once again been ranked in the independent legal research directory, Chambers and Partners UK.

The Band 2 ranked team are “highly regarded for its representation of claimants in high-stakes claims, particularly those involving serious injuries. Frequently retained in complex cases involving multiple injuries and issues of liability, including Road Traffic Accidents and workplace accidents.”

The ranking also makes reference to the team’s industrial disease expertise and praises their attention to client care, adding: the personal injury team “also handles industrial disease cases and makes use of the Rehabilitation Code so that clients have early access to treatment.”

The aim of the Rehabilitation Code is to promote the use of rehabilitation and early investigation so as to ensure that an injured person makes the best and quickest recovery.
