Julian Clark, Global Senior Partner at Ince, commented:

“Following an impressive but demanding year, where people across the business have shown resilience and flexibility, I would like to congratulate our new partners on their well-deserved promotion. Their experience and expertise builds on the excellent and diverse legal advisory offering that we are able to offer our clients.”

Adrian Biles, CEO, added:

“I would like to echo Julian’s congratulations and am delighted to see talent from across The Group progress and reach their fullest potential.”
“Our clients continue to benefit from our growing international offering, investment in our people as well as through partners bringing an increasing number of innovative solutions to clients.”
“Unlike a traditional partnership, as a listed firm with a corporate model, our funding is provided externally and our partners are not required to provide capital. Instead partners benefit directly from their efforts and the business is better able to invest in itself to further broaden the number of client needs we are able to support.”

“The solicitors who have handled our employment related issues are of the highest quality in terms of their specialist area of expertise, their professionalism and their approach to us as clients and as people. Special mention has to be made of Laura Livingstone. Laura became a key member of our team and felt more like a colleague than an external adviser – a colleague you could rely upon. Laura’s attention to detail, professionalism and responsiveness was second to none. Laura has come to know and understand us as individuals and this has enabled her to personalise her advice and even sometimes to preempt our future requirements. We have a very special and extremely valuable relationship with her and the firm.”
