Ince develops Private Wealth advisory practice with appointment of new Head
Ince is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Rucker as Partner and Head of the Private Wealth advisory practice.
Nick joins Ince from Irwin Mitchell, where he variously ran the London & International and the national private client teams and sat on the Private Wealth executive committee. At Ince, he will work to consolidate the firm’s legal and consultancy teams, currently focused on family, private client, pensions, wealth advisory and tax advisory matters, to create a bespoke private wealth advisory offering for high-net-worth individuals.
Nick will initially work with the existing team of lawyers, pension and investment specialists and tax advisers in London, Bristol, Cardiff, Gibraltar and Cyprus assisting both UK and international clients. His role will be principally focused on development of the new Private Wealth advisory offer internationally.
His expertise spans both the corporate and private client sectors, having qualified as a corporate solicitor at Lawrence Graham before spending five years at UBS as a corporate financier, where he specialised in investment funds. He returned to Lawrence Graham, becoming a partner in their Chambers and Legal 500 Tier-one rated private capital business, before moving on to co-found the Berkeley Law Group which was sold to Irwin Mitchell LLP in 2014.
