Ince appoints new Dispute Resolution Partner in Greater China

Today, we have announced the appointment of Stephen Chan, a seasoned commercial litigator, as a new Partner in our Hong Kong office. This appointment highlights our commitment to growing our dispute resolution practice across the region.
Stephen’s practice includes multi-jurisdictional fraud and asset tracing involving freezing, gagging and other urgent interim injunctive measures, technology-related disputes, shareholder and company disputes, and contentious employment matters.
Stephen is also experienced in conducting arbitration under HKIAC, SIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL and other institutional arbitral rules worldwide. He is a committee member of the Law Society of Hong Kong’s Arbitration Committee, a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong, and a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand.
