Role responsibilities
- Project manage IT software implementation globally across the group from inception to go live
- Responsible for preparation of project plans, scopes of work, stakeholder communication plans and budgets
- Responsible for delivering the project on time and within budget
- To manage all internal stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring all are kept up to date on project progress, timeline and any potential project risks to delivery time or cost or otherwise
- Preparation of project plans; scopes of work; stakeholder and communication plans; and budgets • Management of project change, scope creep and risk
Skills and experience
- Previous experience to Intapp is highly desirable
- Previous experience managing legal technology projects is highly desirable
- Experienced IT Project Manager with ability to own and manage various projects
- Prince 2 or PMP qualified or experience working in an Agile environment would be beneficial
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is desirable
