CRM Administrator

Job title:  CRM Administrator

Reporting to:  Group Head of IT

Based:  Llanmaes, St Fagans, Cardiff

Flexibility:  Occasional travel to other UK offices

Contract Type:  Permanent, Full time

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 9-5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and champion the use of the CRM system and advise on best practice
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the business to ensure the CRM system supports the strategy
  • Build automated processes for new starter and leaver procedures (SharePoint Portal, PowerShell, Active Directory Interaction)
  • Provide day to day support to the business users and assist them in maintaining and managing their data
  • Act as a data steward to maintain the integrity of the data ensuring all data is completed accurately by the user
  • Undertake regular housekeeping activities to ensure the reliability of the data and general maintenance of the system
  • Ability to analyse the data and provide regular reports and insights to the business

Experience required:

  • Experience in managing CRM systems, data and HTML5
  • Highly technical, with the ability to create and modify PowerShell, Batch, Shell and VB Scripts.
  • Highly numerate, strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail.
  • Organised and efficient, able to work effectively under pressure and to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in a simple manner. Ability to communicate across functions and with colleagues of varying seniority.
  • Good team player with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Person Specification

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Has a passion for technology and a thirst for learning
  • Works well within a team, providing help where needed and treats others with respect
  • Experience within a legal environment is advantageous
